      From what I read on the Open Moko Wikipedia page, it does. IIRC: In the video, they say that their first product came to market in 1999. It was a crude form of a smartphone, as it had the user pop in the cellphone adapter into the expansion slot. It was essentially a PDA with the ability to slip in all sorts of expansions. Their true smartphone came out in 2002 and was called Treo.
