Does the whole article engage in victim-blaming, or just the headline?
It’s just a badly written title. The article itself asks a lot of questions but without any real answers to those questions. Seems pretty fair minded and balanced to me although it doesn’t really add anything.
In general, the only thing users agree with when pressing that button in the message box is that the message box should fuck off.
