I’m with George Carlin at this point…if libertarians and republicans want to ignore science then we should remove all warning labels off of every product and wait a few years for Darwin to sort things out. Either you know not to drink bleach or you don’t.
Unfortunately, the distribution is not so simple, and pretty invariably, they end up killing other people in the process anyway.
Except when the bird flu that’s already been found in American milk mutates to affect humans and then further mutates to be infectious from human to human.
There’s no way to make sure that you don’t come in contact with some raw milk guzzling idiot or someone else who has been infected by one.
As long as US people aren’t allowed to have passports, I’m okay with this.
We’ve already had one Spanish flu.
And then there are people who would love to listen to science, but they are not well informed yet. This would get them into trouble.

listeria builds character
Speaking as the lead singer of a semi-defunct band called Listeria, I can both confirm and deny that statement.
Tuberculosis liked that
That’s all we need. XDR TB. It really could be the next plague. I know way more than I want to about that possibility.
It’s already the world’s most deadly infectious disease. But it doesn’t affect “rich” countries like it does “poor” countries.
But it could. And I worked in the TB field for 14 years.
What if I raw milk my dog
