I may be mistaken, but doesn’t the Dem supermajority mean that he doesn’t have a choice? I mean, “allowed” makes it sound like he’s gracing us with his decision lol
He could veto it, and force them to vote to override the veto, which would delay the legislation and give time for the fossil fuels industry to try and find legislators to bribe.
