chose the one nearest to you or the most convenient to get to (maybe a place that’s along your daily commute). If you like it, kepp going there. If the result is unsatisfactory, chose another one next time.

Call around, ask for prices and availability. The good ones are usually booked up, though often not terribly expensive.
Also ask if they take insurance; most of the shady rub and tug places do not, but the legit ones sure do
