twice, trying to comment on my post below, i’ve entered a comment and had it eaten. the first time i was on the jerboa app and assumed i’d hit the back button at the wrong time.
after typing it a second time, in a browser on the desktop, the comment vanished when i hit publish, with a brief error message “language not allowed” in the lower left corner.
i hadn’t specified a language. and my desktop browser is set to french, but jerboa is not and presumably reports english.
i’ve not had this issue with other with other comments or posts; this community is hosted on lemmy.ml but i’m accessing it from here. kinda baffled.
