It’s the closest to the way I prefer things ui wise, and the available themeing options work best for my eyes.
But the gap between it, liftoff, and thunder is tiny. They’ve each got some specific features that are damn nice, and they all function well.
Summit is only a tad behind in the feature realm, and looks incredible, just really nice layout and contrast.
Jerboa is bare minimum as this point. It does all the basics, and isn’t ugly. But it’s prone to crashes when you try to follow links, randomly decides to say “fuck you” when scrolling and not fetch anything else, and it doesn’t seem to be a heavily focused development project, it’s slow to change (which wouldn’t be bad if there weren’t flaws that need to be changed).
Everything else I’ve tried has either been a flop (for me), or is stalled development wise (alas, slide for lemmy is among the stalled).
I end up using connect the most.
