minus-squareirkli@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up2·1 year agoNo, they are used to balance wheels and tires that are out of balance. When a new tire is mounted on a wheel, it has to be balanced on a machine that spins it, locates the light side, operator adds weights to make it balance.
