    Fine give up all that tax revenue, other states have been rolling in the funds. And because court and jail fees makes so much more money 🙄

    Can we kick out Texas from the US now?

        Michigan made almost $300 million last year just on weed, and this year is looking even higher. Texas has a population 3x that of MI. If they legalize it fully and tax like alcohol and tobacco they would be missing out on a lot more. But whatever, we should give Texas to Mexico.

        Almost every legal state adds an additional tax for cannabis products. For example, Michigan charges an additional 10% on top of the regular sales tax that applies

          But that’s not what we are talking about. We are talking about Delta 8 and other cannibinoid products that were legalized by Republicans with the farm bill. These products became legally available, overnight nationally when that passed.
