      I looked up Illinois’ Brad Schneider as I live in the Chicago area. Sure enough, guy is Jewish and involved with AIPAC.

      I’m very seriously thinking of writing him to give a piece of my mind. I don’t care if he’s Jewish or not - if this is literally about suppressing someone’s right to protest (Palestine vs Israel), then he does not represent me or many others.

        If the Senate passes the bill, and if Biden signs (some big ifs) then Trump would have those powers. But, if those “ifs” don’t happen the bill is dead and the next Congress will have to vote again.
