The final shot hit the man in the leg as he was hopping the fence, the boy said. The man was taken to a local hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. Context is everything and you don’t have any. I’d be mocking the meth head who tried to kill 11 year old me as well. This kid is a hero.

The child told news reporter this after the event occurred. We don’t even know whether or not he laughed like, “heh wow that was scary”. Or maniacally like the Joker.
