Yeah, because women, POC and LGBT are the largest gun purchasing demographic and have been for a couple of years.
Given the current social climate it isn’t hard to see why.
The negativity gets old. We are in the most accepting decade in history.
Good to see them exercising their 2nd amendment!
And while gun ownership is still the largest among Republican voters, Dems are growing at a faster rate. Independents have stayed mostly the same.
Since it’s a breakdown of ownership rates and not just rate of growth, it’s a meaningful metric, but I still like the point!
Acshually, it’s like six white guys buying all the guns! Gun ownership has been constantly declining since the 1930’s!

Whom are you parodying? Who says something like that?

Every time I mention ownership rates increasing, I invariably get that sort of response. When I point at record sales and record background checks, they claim it’s all existing fun owners. When I point to FOID states having record numbers of applicants, and concealed carry licensure rates soaring, they usually concede that Illinois and New Jersey are rising, but claim everywhere else is falling.
I have been seeing their delusional arguments for almost 20 years now.
I’ve seen it too. Don’t let him make you feel crazy
