You’re telling me that when you end prohibition on a product and allow for ease of access and security of transaction through state sanctioned and regulated markets that underground markets dry up making illicit access almost nonexistent and ultimately drive down use of said product among demographics not allowed possession of the product under the law due to fear of businesses losing their licence given to them by the state?
