I just had one instance after patch 1.1.3 where an NPC sneaked up on me from a seemingly impossible place, but much much better than from 1.0.1

There are fixes, and a-life offline seems to be doing its own thing in the zone, for good or bad. I just had one instance after patch 1.1.3 where an NPC sneaked up on me from a seemingly impossible place, but much much better than from 1.0.1
