And down voted when you bring it up. So many people think the Dems are entitled to your vote simply because they aren’t Republicans. I feel the same way posting on FB. My friends don’t want to hear it, or hear that they are voting for a party that actively supports oligarchs.

the dems think they’re entitled to your vote because they assume, correctly, that you won’t take action outside the token gesture of voting. within the absurd game theory of our electoral system then, voting for the lesser evil is clearly the best option. you want shit to change? you cant just vote about it. jill stein wasnt going to fix anything any more than kamala or whatever the spoil vote for gop was this year. conceivably, if you convinced all the hicks and rednecks and otherwise-confused persons across the country to vote for their interests instead of whatever cultlike insanity they’re currently brainwashed into, you could elect enough representatives to get necessary change done. Is there anyone in this comment section that thinks that outcome is even remotely likely? above commenter is right, this is what you get when you vote for the lesser evil. why the fuck are we voting for evil? if evil is the only thing on the ballot, why the fuck are we voting at all?

what should we be doing instead?
