I was wearing a short sleeve T-shirt for the first time in a while and a friend told me “Where your upper arms always this large?” and I can’t stop smiling since then. First time someone said something like this to me. Feels great to see progress.

You’ll remember it for a long time comrade, I remember more than a decade ago a friend said, “wow, you’re jacked” and the other friends agreed.
Still riding high off of that one! Lol
how long had you been going to the gym at that point?
Probably about a month or two of everyday training. Not the best routine, but I didn’t know any better than lift weights to get stronger then!
