At one point somebody asked him what he did for fun, and the dude just froze. He said his job was going back and forth between figuring out future strategy and flying all over the world to either glad-hand or soothe upset customers. I saw sadness and desperation in his eyes as he said that didn’t really have time for fun. That made me never want that kind of responsibility.
