The voice actress, Sumire Uesaka, actually majored in Russian Studies and speaks the language. Reading her MAL page shows she has been a rusophile from a young age.

Just as an aside, now I want to see some of her other voiced roles speak it. I want Nagatoro or Shalltear to break out Russian randomly.
