I hope this is on topic for this community - I have been using these Merkury (Geeni) smart bulbs in my house for several years now, and suddenly three of them (out of 9) forgot who they were and lost connection to my home network. I have fixed this in the past by factory resetting them, which is done by cycling power to them three times. Never had an issue getting them into reset mode before.

This time though, they absolutely will not go into reset mode. I even unscrewed one and left it on a stool for a month, then tried again today to get it into reset mode. No luck.

Does anyone know a way to fix this? I wasn’t finding other solutions on the web.
