Hello, Comrades! I am looking for well educated responses to evidence presented and points made in the linked video. Was it fair reporting? What is the ML, dialectical materialist, perspective of the situation in Xinjiang?

TL;DR is: BE is is essentially pushing the same old narrative about Xinjiang, only slightly downgrading it to a “cultural” genocide in order to appear like a centrist with a “balanced” or “nuanced” view of the subject. He is using the same old state department tactics such as FUD, and doesn’t dedicate nearly enough time to the actual context of China’s actions, such as the history of adventurist attacks in the region which prompted the deradicalization measures.
