So malansa ung pancit canton na inalmusal namin today because we tried putting spanish style sardines and onions. Sana nag kalamansi kami to remove the smell before putting in the noodles.
Basically my tongue sang this to my brain as I soldiered on to finish the terror of a dish that we had created.
Surprisingly, masarap naman, medyo tumatambay lang talaga sa ilong ung lansa haha.
Good morning phlemmings!
Props for experimenting! Inimagine ko parang pwede naman yung flavor, balancing the flavor lang siguro kailangan. Baka masyadong marami lang yung sardines, or maybe not the actual fish babawasan, pero yung oil (oil yun, ndi tomato sauce di ba?) ang babawasan.
Nacurious ako sa pancit canton, with its eggy flavor. Usually spaghetti ginagamit.
Thank you!
I’m no expert cook, pero feel ko parang kaya. Masyado lang overpowering ung lansa kasi tinanggal lang namin ung juices and sinarsa ung onion and diretso lagay ng sardines. I have to admit ung texture reminded me of tuna pesto and bigla ako natakam.
Siguro nga it could either be too much sardines (this was just one can to 2 packs of pancit) as well.
Naka mental note na sya and fingers crossed when we do it again it turns out better.
Sounds tasty, would like to try and eat it, kahit malansa basta masarap
I believe it could work. Ang issue talaga is ung lansa. Siguro kung nag calamansi kami para maging chillimansi pancit, it would’ve probably worked. Worth a try next time.
