Ya people don’t realize how inconvenient it can be to be tall. Airplanes? Backs of cars? Short ceilings and ductwork? Desks? Chairs? Group photos? Good knees?
At one point people stopped using the ladder to reach items for their customers and literally interrupted me to have me fetch items (their manager) and I had to say at one point, I’m not your ladder. If I’m busy get it yourself or be patient until I’m finished my current task/sale. If I’m not busy I don’t mind helping but it can’t be exclusively my problem that you are short.
I’m 6’5" and my fiance is 6’. We also both worked retail at a point and this is indeed a common occurrence, and I never mind it.
It’s the one time I’m happy to be tall. Almost makes up for all those head injuries!

So many things are hard to live with lol.
I did 12 years in retail at 6’7
