So after the announcement of P3Re there’s been fierce discussions about the inclusion of FES/Portalble contents in Reload.

Unfortunately IGN screwed up in their interview which can be found here which said, quote:

Persona 3 Reload will be a faithful remake of the original version, which is sure to be disappointing for fans hoping to play as the female protagonist, and players who wanted to experience all of the content different versions of Persona 3 have offered over the years.

Luckily famitsu also released an actual interview excerpt with Niitsuma today (in Japanese) where he said:

I would like to make this clear so that there is no misunderstanding. “Persona 3 Reload” is a project that started as a remake of the original “Persona 3”. However, it does not mean that the elements added in “FES” are not included in “Reload”.

This still likely means that that the answer is not included and they clearly state that the FeMC route will not be there - but I personally am kinda a bit less worried.
