I’d heard the reputation was like “So many talented people, and such a flop”. More recently some people talked like it could deserve reexamination.

I didn’t see it or even know it existed back then.

So I just watched the 3rd and 4th episodes, and they were terrible.

As for watching this well into the 21st century, it was all topical attempts at humor, celebrities of the time, shows I didn’t watch back then. So much Clinton/Dole/Perot. At least I’m old enough that I remember who those people were. As opposed to when I watch SCTV and they make fun of people from a little before my time so I don’t know what they’re going for.
