My 2 cents? You really don’t want to have to fix shit yourself, and property management companies are only worth contracting with for multiple properties.
You don’t want to be a shitbag landlord that doesn’t fix anything, and you don’t want the risk of having to drop $5000 on a random repair that pops up.
If I didn’t live in an inherited property I’d probably try to sell it.
Property management as a service is a little different here, but i definitely don’t want either of the things you mentioned. I haven’t done the full research on what it would take me to rent the place out, but u definitely will. Thank you.
