Weird tangent. For a busy bread lover, have you considered a bread maker? I still make loaves by hand time to time, but with a bread maker my place regularly smells like a lovely cottage and im eating delicious fluffy bread a few times a week. It’s one of those purchases I didnt know I would love and I end up using so regularly. It really changed my life for the better.

A low carb diet high fat does not necessarily give you high ldls, which is what clogs those arteries. Same can be said about sugar, which can be stored as fat and clogs those same arteries. As long as everything is in moderation, there is nothing wrong with eating like a dog on its birthday!

I am not a racist because other people agree. I am not hateful, because look, something I normally wouldn’t verbalize day to say is a lighthearted meme. Now, these things that would otherwise be unsaid or socially unacceptable have a point of expression, can be sent out to test the waters and find other like minded people.

Heh, I’m a balkan in the US and have dropped so much cold turkey after being a loyal customer/fan for decades. Closing my wallet and heart is easy. Money and attention should go only where its deserved.

I wasn’t born in the US but find myself living here. The food is awful. Cutting corners and padding some pockets, but listeria outbreaks on our food has become a weekly commonplace. Hundreds of recalls a month. The food is so treated its inedible. I cut almost everything out and buy from imported stores as much as possible. Even European brands often have an American version that is full of junk, so I have to read labels so carefully. I wish it wasn’t this way. No one here wants this.
