Whooollllleee lot of spartan points for the exchange. The Halloween op doesn’t have anything Halloween themed except for the skull emblem kinda.
I have seen some speculation that the Champions operation might come with some remake of the breakout mode, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
“343 stopped pushing latest changes to the API a while ago, and things appearing now are usually much closer to release. The falcon is still listed and I believe it’ll release sometime, though yeah, I don’t know about the shotgun. It got removed from the API.”

Not as cool as the Nerf Needler imo
I’ll stick to my favorite of each of the original trilogy to keep this post from being a book.
CE: AotCR or Silent Carog, AotCR set the bar for levels which use every part of the Halo sandbox with big vehicle sections and tight corridors and Silent Cartog because I have so fond memories of playing the CE PC demo over and over again.
H2: Delta Halo for the same reasons as AotCR, plus ODSTs!
H3: The Covenant: AA wraith, Hornet Section, scorpion section, TWO Scarabs with so many ways to take them down. Awesome solo or in co-op.
This is going to be $20 at least
It feels like they’re doing the thing they did with H4 and H5 where they are testing features for the next game, such as late in H4 they had playlists which gave everyone thrusters and late in H5 they had playlists which got rid of a lot of the spartan abilities and just made it clamber and sprint only
Brittleness might be a concern, it will be for a costume piece
Thank you!
Oh also MP and Operator helmets are new as well!
The only good thing to come out of the show was that marine that was super combined into mist, it was more lore accurate than the games or other media.
Two and a half years and multi-team is just now coming as an experimental mode. Jeez.
Exactly what I do with my ancient series 3, I have had no issues unless I forget my charger. I can go maybe 36 hours before a charge, closer to 30 if I do a few workouts.
That all being said, my fiancée and a friend both have series 3s that can’t even stay alive for 12 hours. I had my watch for a year longer than they did, so it’s not an age thing, I just think the batteries are very hit or miss.
After the disaster of the original CE Anniversary, I’m a bit wary about what we’re going to get if this actually releases. I think bringing the MCC over to PlayStation would have been a better move, personally.
I haven’t had boxed Mac and cheese in a while, usually Costco’s premade is a favorite at parties so I have also given up trying to make Mac and cheese myself.
Cracker Barrel and the Walmart brand equivalent have been my family’s favorite for the rare occasion where we make boxed Mac and cheese. I grew up with Kraft, but now it makes me feel sick for a while after. I tried the Cheetos one with some friends once when it was new, expecting it to be terrible, and it really upset our stomachs, I was also pretty grossed out at how neon orange it was.
My early 2015 MBP is still my daily driver for programming, I will never regret spending so much on an MBP when they last this long. I went through two windows laptops in four years before this one. It is starting to show its age with only 8 GB of RAM, but I’m going to use it until it melts haha
- Completing your first Daily Challenge will award 250 SP (rather than XP).
- Completing the weekly Ultimate Reward will award 1,000 SP (instead of a misc. customization item).
- Operations Reward tracks will offer up to 15,000 SP (replacing misc. other rewards).
They’re probably going to need to do some adjustments either on the earn rates or the SP prices, because to get the 30,000 SP coating you would need to complete the operation pass and you would need to play once every day and complete the weekly ultimate for a little under six weeks, basically an entire operation.
15,000 / ((250 * 7) + 1000) = ~5.5 weeks
On top of that, no longer awarding the first daily xp challenge, which was a pretty good amount iirc, will slow down operation pass progression.
You’re basically only going to be able to unlock 1-2 items from the exchange per operation pass based off of the prices in the screenshots, that’s pretty rough.
With SP rewards replacing the weekly ultimate reward, we are losing weekly customization items, so they have managed to reduce access to free customization outside of passes to 1-2/month instead of 4 and they’ve increased the grind to get those fewer items.
Yeah, I understand that they didn’t want to take away one of the only extra abilities of the electric weapons in Infinite, but it is such a core Halo thing that people are still surprised when they try it and it doesn’t work
Used Airalo in the EU last year, only complaint was it took a few hours for the data to work reliably, but it was 100% after that. I’ve recommended it to everyone I know traveling.
New layoffs every day in the game industry, brutal to see. Hopefully those affected find new positions soon.
It is wild to think how old some of the top ten are getting:
1 - Fortnite - July 2017
3 - Minecraft - Nov 2016 (Bedrock release, of course X360 Minecraft was May 2012 and OG PC Minecraft prealpha was 2009)
4 - R6 Siege - Dec 2015
5 - GTA V - Sept 2013
8 - Rocket League - July 2015
For comparison, Infinite came out in Dec 2021
Finally switched to godot full time with 4.3 from Unity and this has been my biggest point of friction, super excited to try this out!
