8 months agoYeah it’s painfully obvious that it far too often neglects to even consider that an official (or party of officials) could use their power in bad faith, and that each malevolent action by them often has no check but is simultaneously not punishable.
Oughta give him a copy of one of those “literacy tests” they used to make black people take in order to vote back in the day that had confusing questions with subjective answers you could fail if the white person grading it felt like you did.
