The sync conflict / corruption is what worries me. Currently I just export a copy as a backup but it’s all done manually and not on a schedule.

KeePass will sync multiple databases by keeping the most recent change in any differences between them. It’s very convenient when you’re making changes to the list on separate devices, but having two copies of the database helps have a redundancy in case of a device failure.

The author mentions the basketball shot call and how it’s synchronized to play but doesn’t mention that there ARE other clocks exactly like the football play clock - we just don’t put them on the board. The refs count off seconds for inbounding and free throws and will award penalties when they go over. That’s exactly how the play clock works. I also think more than likely many teams will take MORE time on early downs to guarantee a good play call, resulting in slower gameplay.

I still have some belief that Gundy has it and can bring us back there. But he and his family have had some beef with the administration and fans, and a lot of people believe the team that made the conference championship was carried by Jim Knowles (who is gone) and Sanders (who is gone). We lost 5 of 6 to end last season including getting destroyed by Kansas State and Kansas, then losing to West Virginia. Then he lost several players to the transfer portal that was rumored to be related to culture / coaching issues. I think we will rebound this year, even with a young team, but if we don’t it would definitely put some pressure on him.

Feels like this could be Gundy’s last year if he doesn’t turn it around. Disappointing end to last season and several players transferring out. He’s earned a long leash but that doesn’t necessarily mean much anymore.
