I just picked up the civ5 bundle for 90% off about a month ago. It is a 13 year old game, but it’s still a great game.

If the knowledge was only dad’s preferences in women, sure, mostly harmless. The damaging part of this would be the villianification sexual desire. You’re telling someone that a normal part of having a body is wrong and you should feel shame for it. You’re also thrusting the responsibility for the parent’s impulses onto a minor.

I’m also not naive enough to believe that they had any serious, healthy discussions about sexual urges beforehand. This is the right, its just indoctrinating them onto the shame and guilt spiral as soon as possible.

I sort by new to look for new communities that are active while lemmy grows. The purpose of the side bar is to let visitors, who potentially would want to engage with your community, what you’re about. Yours doesnt make any sense and you don’t seem to want anyone to understand so fuck you and I’ll just block your community. You must not have anything worth participating with is that’s how you engaged with new people.

Go read it. I have no idea what any of it means. I know what treacle means in the context of desserts, but not as a group of people. NSFW is obviously being changed to mean something specific, but no context is given for the change. The whole side bar is like one inside joke that doesn’t make sense to anyone visiting, but you’ve got a post here welcoming new to say hi with no explanation as to what the community us about. Visitors are given no context, and I can’t tell what any of the posts have to do with each other.

Oh I don’t think she’s a skrull, I just think she’d ally with him, especially if he knows everything rhodey does. I would like to see the skrull fly off in the iron patriot armor, forcing him back into the black and white War Machine. I’m hoping armor wars is war machine cleaning up the mess skrull rhodey and the powerbroker made selling off all of Tony’s shit. I don’t really think they’ll have enough time in a movie to get into them with much depth but it’d be cool to get a handful of cameos of low tier, stark tech villains from the comics.

I’m still expecting the powerbroker to be the main villain in armor wars, but I think Rhodes was her contact in falcon and bucky’s show

I was a mod on reddit for a few years. There was a very small sub for a cartoon/toy line I liked as a kid and the community was shuddered because there was no active mod. I didn’t think it would get much traffic and I was right. Once I got it back opened we’d have maybe 6-10 posts a years, mostly toy collections. It was super low effort to me, I had one t-shirt spam I had to remove and a few comments, so it was worth it to have it open again. It’ll close when I finally get around to deleting my account

It’s not here, but you can watch the pbs newshour on YouTube for free, or you can stream the audio over your phone (I use spotify, but I’m sure it’s on other platforms too).
