Having lived in a 20 zone, I can say this is pretty much pointless without enforcement - which sadly isn’t going to happen. Perhaps in a few decades attitudes will shift.

I didn’t think Special Olympics was an acceptable phrase. I also thought deaf people compete in the paralympic games.
