1 year agoThe review process is bullshit. If you’re perfectly happy in your job and you’re doing amazing, they fire you for not getting promoted.

From my experience the whole reason Blizzard has gotten bad is because they wanted to be an attractive sale.
Business is often get really terrible before a sale or IPO.
