Wait, it’s over?! I just though Season 5 was a low budget stopgap to setup a greater followup. The series changed a lot over the years, I have fond memories of watching the first seasons. The later ones were alright but S 5 sucked ass.

MFG has really bad written characters, bad and cringy dialog, creepy old dudes, most of the race cars aren’t JDM but German ones, very bad pacing, bad animation, no eurobeat, bad story, heavy character tropes… Also a cliff hanger ending in the middle of a race.
