Yep, it’s crazy how easy it is.

I’m also loving immutable. It took me a while to get the hang of it, though. And it can be confusing to someone who doesn’t know anything about Linux if they read instructions online for a different distro.

I started on Bazzite, but later installed Aurora instead. I then rebased back to Bazzite for a while because I thought it would help with a very specific piece of software. I have since rebased back to Aurora, hopefully for good. But I love how easy it is to rebase.

I regularly down vote things. I up vote a lot more than that, though. I’m sure the ratio is at least 3:1 or higher for up to down.

I can’t recommend Bazzite (or one of its related distros Bluefin or Aurora) enough as a daily driver OS on your desktop and laptop. I dropped Windows this year and couldn’t be happier about it.

I’m in PA and it doesn’t get nearly as cold here, of course. We got mini splits in 2022 that can do -33f, I think. No resistive backup for us.

It’s not as bad as it seems. It’s a small company that doesn’t have good processes so that a single person doesn’t have access to key pieces of the process.

Background: I only watched the original before watching the sequel.

IMO, the sequel is better.

I felt like it took everything good about the original and improved upon it.

I’ve never regretted any of these purchases and never had one shit the bed. I did sell the tea maker and the smaller toaster oven, but I still have everything else. The coffee grinder I’ve had for over 10 years.

A well loved coworker died of Crutzfeld Jakob disease this year. That shit is terrifying.

My grandmother had the “turbo” version of #2 for some reason. It’s the only one I’ve ever played, but I loved it. The actual gameplay wasn’t great, but the graphics, sounds, and story all blew me away at that time. It was so futuristic and cool.

That game was so futuristic. It was nuts.

Back then, the camera didn’t feel as shitty as it does today. It was all so fresh and new.
