Personally I supplement calcium to be on the safe side after breaking my collar bone. I healed fast enough but I did everything I could to make that happen and since then I’ve just kept going with the supplements

Personally I’m still trying to figure out whether there’s any point in trying to change anyone’s mind. I have a feeling it’s a hopeless waste of energy, which is terrible.
