I honestly think the Pixel 5 is the best phone I have ever used. I have the P7 and I kind of wish I had stuck with the P5.
Just a sloonarky kind of guy.

I’m not sure if paying for your groceries makes you entitled.
In a weird way I find these kind of jokes nostalgic, because they remind me of when I was a kid reading old comic books, and all the husbands seemed to hate their wives and vice versa.
OP, make sure you come back and tell us what the problem was.
I like the idea behind the community but it is a terrible name. Without reading an explanation, most people would assume it was some toxic, misogynistic group. I only know what it refers to because I bothered reading some of the comments here.
I’m sure there are much better names, such as Positive Masculinity for example.
I thought The Martian was just ok, but I didn’t like Project Hail Mary. It’s full of ridiculous and contrived coincidences and convenient events rather than actual problem solving. I know a lot of people love it but IMO it’s very weak writing and plotting.
The pamphlets are a waste of time because there was no legal obligation to make them truthful or factual.
I have yet to see a single rational reason to vote no. I just don’t get it. How could you possibly be against consulting people before you make decisions that affect those people?
Do the No voters think that the government shouldn’t listen to the AMA when making health policy? That they shouldn’t listen to teachers and principals when they make education policy?
Wanting more clarity is just a case of people trying to find a reason to vote no.
Writing a novel is really hard and takes a lot of skill. My advice is to start by writing short stories to develop your writing ability. Post them online to get feedback. Keep slowly improving until you are good enough to write something longer.
There are plenty of online writing sites where users post their work for feedback. One good one is Critique Circle.
Drinking alcohol. I never enjoyed it, but I used to have a beer when I was out just to fit in. Then I stopped because I realised it made me feel like crap, tasted bad and had no redeeming qualities. Now that I’m older I’m comfortable saying I don’t drink.
I assume there is a large boomer population on the Gold Coast. Lots of retirees.
Probably because it’s hugely annoying and a waste of space.
I could not disagree more. Gestures are so much more intuitive, easier to access, and faster. The three button nav bar feels like stone age technology to me now.
I’m a high school teacher and I recently was discussing this. Protip: don’t talk to 14 year olds about how if something is in between hard and soft, it’s firm. 🙄
Since Boost for Reddit still works I’m usually over there.
