Pretty cool how the Fediverse works right? You can directly follow the Linux Gaming Lemmy instance (it’s like an open source Reddit).
For context I posted this on Mastodon and had no idea it would show up here too lolwat
Haha I was so confused when I came across this, but I do love that it works that way! I look forward to having a really diverse base of users.
Wherever “here” is.
You tell me man I’m confused
@gamingonlinux interesting viewing this on Kbin, I thought that it would have me reply like normal for lemmy but instead it has me tag you
@linux_gaming and now apparently this post shows up there lol 🙃
It’s very amusing seeing your use of “here” and “there” in the comments from your respective accounts appearing in both places.
@gamingonlinux @linux_gaming The fediverse is great, except now I am getting “addicted” to social media.
@gamingonlinux I can respond from a completely different place like Kbin! Why are some people against this?

@gamingonlinux @linux_gaming I would follow it if ut didn’t boost so many comments
@gamingonlinux @linux_gaming Only problem I have with this is that the experience in Mastodon is somewhat messy right now, due to no proper Groups implementation - it just boosts every single post and comment and it appears in your feed with no context.
I’m sure when Mastodon gets Groups though, this will be much improved.
@gamingonlinux @linux_gaming creating the fediverse was a good move from John Mastodon imho
John Mastadon* smh
@gamingonlinux @linux_gaming Don’t mind if I do!
Ok this is really cool
