A 19-year-old woman was hacked to death in broad daylight in Uttar Pradesh's Kaushambi district by two brothers, including the man accused of raping her, police said Tuesday morning.

I want to agree but I feel like it might be mostly:

Florida makes its crime data much more accessible than most US states

UP, if it were an independent country, would be one of the most populous countries in the world

UP might be the America of the world instead of the Florida of America. Idk tho.

8. Misinformation is prohibited.
