This is an indicator that he got to the section that describes what is in the sausage. Then he will shrug his shoulders, decides it tastes great and he will continue eating and reading.

At some point he will stop eating for a few seconds and stare at it.
This is an indicator that he got to the section that describes what is in the sausage.
