Because believers will listen to Christianity’s divinely inspired interpretation of the Bible that says that. Non-christians won’t listen to that. Therefore anyone who believes the earth is older has rejected Christianity. He did it to help identify the non-believers because he’s a petty bitch.

Yes, negligence resulting in the death of a person that is unable to care for themselves is a crime. “I forgot, sorry” is an acceptable answer when you didn’t get something on the grocery list. It doesn’t suffice when someone’s life is in your hands.
55·3 months agoTheir game is just to try to make the ISPs liable; they don’t actually want it enforced. In fact, failure to enforce is the feature. They paint the ISP as complicit in the piracy then sue the ISP for hundreds of millions in damages hoping for a no-fault settlement. That’s a much better revenue stream than suing someone for 10k who can’t pay it.
6·3 months agoIt shouldn’t ever be bumpy. If your cast iron is growing lumps and bumps in the pan, you’re not cleaning it properly. A chainmail washcloth is a great tool for cleaning the bulk off then pan. Then use a non-lye soap, like dawn, to wash it. (Yes you can use soft soap on cast iron! It’s only lye-based soaps that eat through the seasoning.)
Try carbon steel! Same seasoning/cooking style, but light enough for anyone to handle. My carbon steel and stainless steel are my go-to skillets.
6·3 months agoIIRC the problem was the ambient temp that deep being too hot causing mechanical failures. It’s hard to dispose of waste heat when you have to pump it miles away.
7·3 months agoMy understanding is that vaping dry herb under 200°C (392°F) is much safer, containing only 5% smoke. As opposed to actually smoking, which is 88% smoke. Personally, I max out at 195°C and the vapor still tastes clean. If I go to 200+, it starts to taste burnt.

154·3 months agoI think this is a good question for a therapist. I mean no disrespect. Feeling the need to label shelves with the things on them sounds like a compulsion. As does oscillating between hoarding and purging and several other things you said. A therapist can help you manage these desires and keep you out of the rabbit holes.
It’s not even that simple. If you skip ahead during an ad, the YT servers could just keep streaming you the ad content anyway. Their servers can ensure that the next 30s of packet data you receive is an ad no matter what, so the only way you can skip it is to wait it out and close your ears and eyes. Basically the same concept as ads on broadcast TV. Which means we’ll have to do a TiVo for YT… Gross.

She’s not currently. She was in a mountain district to the west but they moved her to the Douglas county district south of Denver that’s even more red. I’m happy to be able to vote against her this year!
1·4 months agoI use a 3% lye bath for 20 seconds. Also baked using a convection oven. I’ve done it using a baking soda boil and/or a standard oven and it just gets light brown. Lye plus convection is the key to get that dark brown.
